Prologue...
«There's places which shouldn't be seen.. No matter your bravery.. »

We walked for days, without taking any rest, through a creepy and unknown land. The rain was pouring every day and night, revealing only the sadness those lands were emitting. After hours of walking through the swamps, we finally saw one, a village. It did not appear big, nor comfortable, but it was late and we were exhausted, so without thinking we ran into it.
No one was here to be our host, every house were closed off, and it felt like a real ghost town. We walked through the village, looking for anything we could find, knocking on doors, calling for help, but there was nothing. We eventually approached a counter with a variety foods on it... Fresh food? We did not really understand at the moment why fresh food would be here, but we took it, we took everything we could get, and the door just next to the counter, as well as throughout town had suddenly begun to open in a large rumble. Villagers came out from every home, armed with the occasional sword, shovel, fork, etc. We quickly unsheathed our weapons as fast as we could, they clearly had no combat training, but we were vastly outnumbered being only four, with no desire to fight them at all. A strong and tall villager began the attack, charging us with a large stick that had spikes at the tip. I managed to block it with my shield, the clash between the club and the shield resonated in the whole village.
We thought we were all to die here, killed without reasons by the crazy villagers, when an old voice suddenly called to the villagers, "stop this madness, stop it right now!"Everyone had stopped, even us, and we stared at the elderly man. He was the wise Village Elder, sporting a long grey beard with a thick book held in his right arm. He asked to everyone to drops their weapons and then stared deeply at our eyes without saying anything for what felt like very long minutes.
The Elder then approached, the old lantern in his right hand as the fire of it was struggling to light the dark night. Every villager remained still, staring at us and surrounding us. The Elder's voice became more mysterious as he spoke.
"I'll share with you a story, young adventurers... And I hope it will convince you to fear these lands... Because anyone who comes to these lands should know, and leave..."
